• WAVE. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
• WAVE. MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES OR THE CONTENT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES OR SERVICES LINKED TO THE SERVICES.

• WAVE.'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WAVE. FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
